Required Qualifications
- Graduated from Civil Engineering Departments of Universities
- At least 5 years experience in Construction and Building Supervision
- Good command of AutoCAD and MS Office applications
- Good at team work, and suitable for flexible working hours
- Very good command of SAP2000 and Etabs.
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
- Will be able to adapt to intense work pressure and flexible working hours
- Knowledge of quantity surveying.

- Preparing the progress payment reports
- Providing temporary and final acceptance of works completed according to the provisions of the contract
- Execution of the netting work if necessary when the completed works are compared to the latest situation
- Ensuring the issuance of work experience documents and executing the return of performance guarantees
- Preventing over spending by checking the appropriation status in budget expenditures.
- Assignment to all kinds of tender commissions
- Assignment to acceptance procedures
- Assignment to market price survey
- Executing all kinds of correspondence
- Performing other duties assigned by the top management and the department
Job Description
Concerning the works tendered and contracted within the framework of the investment program, the works to be carried out includes; site delivery within the scope of the contract made, work commencement report, SGK declaration, notification to the regional labor directorate, notification to the Ministry of Development, follow up and supervision of the construction.
Architect/ Interior Architect
We are looking for experienced "ARCHITECT" colleagues who can carry out new superstructure drawings and preparation of as-built projects at the end of the manufacturing process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience of large-scale projects
- Will take part in concept project and project development phases
- Experienced in architectural application project - Municipal licensing projects, mastering zoning legislation
- Has knowledge of application project and detail preparation, and technical, detail and material knowledge
- Ability to use Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop CS and MS Office programs at an advanced level
- Represent our company at public institutions and project meetings
- Preferably speaking English at a very good level
What do we expect from you?
- Conducting all the necessary works to allocate the prepared budget as subvention to the department
- Preparation and submission of the tender documents to the tender preparation unit so that the subvention can be spent by the department
- Following budget expenditures, execution of all kinds of transactions related to the budget such as transfer and reductions of ongoing works
- Keeping the records of the tenders
- Preparing a list of physical areas of buildings and facilities
- Assignment to all kinds of tenders
- Assignment to acceptance procedures (provisional acceptance, final acceptance and acceptance of examination)
- Assignment to market price survey
- Following budget expenditures, execution of all kinds of transactions related to the budget such as transfer and reductions of ongoing works
- Executing all kinds of correspondence
- Carrying out operations related to the quality system
- Performing other duties assigned by the top management and the department

We are looking for a construction technician who can carry out the construction and repair works under the management of the engineers and architects in accordance with the projects and specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from Construction Departments of Vocational High Schools
- Good command of AutoCAD Program
- Experience of large-scale projects
- Has no obstacle for domestic / international travel
